1. Senior Technical Architect
Responsibilities
- Architecture recommendations
- Evaluate and recommend software tools and products that will evolve the organizational technical infrastructure
- Integrate hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system
- Review and optimize architectures for business fit
- Evaluate tools and technology
- Provide training in Software Architecture
- Translate business needs into technical system solutions.
Qualification : BS (CS) or equivalent
Experience
6-12 years experience in software development with 1-2 years experience in designing architecture for large system
Skills
- Experience with Client/server and N-tier technologies using Microsoft tools.
- Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, architectures and CASE tools
- Excellent communication skills
2. Technical Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Define and prepare project plans
- Execute and monitor projects in Microsoft Technologies
- Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes
- Define project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members
Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in Microsoft technology (.Net, ASP, XML/XSL, VB, COM, COM+, SQL Server) is essential
- Good exposure to .Net technologies
- Good exposure to web based development
- Engineer / MCA with excellent academic credentials
- 5- 8 years experience in reputed software companies & 1-2 years in a similar role is a must
- Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills is a must
3. Programmer
Responsibilities
- Design and development of applications.
- Gathering and analyzing requirements.
- Test planning and execution.
Specifications
- 4-6 years of related experience.
- Hands-on experience using ASP.net, ADO.net, C#, XML, XSLT and SQL Server.
- Possess teamwork qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
